Nice photos, Sean. You are covering a lot of ground. Bands playing in courtyards, wildlife on ancient walls, vineyards in the foothills, fountains spouting water, people anticipating gelato! I especially like the framing of the tall shrubs with the distant view. You might think about loading your photos on Flickr as well. www.flickr.com Ciao!

Hey so those pics were from the walk i took saturday. I went up in the hills of Florence int oa kind of residential area that turned into open land with large villas and vineyards. Very pretty. I just got out of class- its monday and im going to buy my books. Hopefully ill have time to write later.
What a great walk that must have been. I love the first photo too--the light is beautiful under the roof, and those repeating curves in the fountain, the columns, the roof, and the rope barrier are hypnotic. Such a gorgeous place!!
