Nice photos, Sean. You are covering a lot of ground. Bands playing in courtyards, wildlife on ancient walls, vineyards in the foothills, fountains spouting water, people anticipating gelato! Hey so those pics were from the walk i took saturday. I went up in the hills of Florence int oa kind of residential area that turned into open land with large villas and vineyards. Very pretty. I just got out of class- its monday and im going to buy my books. Hopefully ill have time to write later.
What a great walk that must have been. I love the first photo too--the light is beautiful under the roof, and those repeating curves in the fountain, the columns, the roof, and the rope barrier are hypnotic. Such a gorgeous place!!
